How to make
Fry the onions, then add the rice. Once the rice turns white, add 1 cup of water. Once the water evaporates, add another cup. Then add vegetables (while still frozen), mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and boil.
If the water evaporates again, add another cup. Meanwhile, fry the fillets until almost ready and set them aside in a plate. When the rice is almost done, add the spices, broth and chopped sausage.
Pour into a baking dish and arrange the fillets on top. Bake in a moderate oven until the rice is ready. It is best to remove it while there is still some water left because the rice will absorb the rest of it while cooling.
If there's no water left but the rice needs to cook a bit more, pour in a little water to it.
