How to make

Cut the pork in such a way so that you get one large steak. Tenderize with a mallet and season with spices to taste. Cut the pickles and carrots into cubes. Form the chicken fillet into a large steak.

Beat the eggs with the mayonnaise and grated cheese. Add salt and black pepper, stir well and pour the mixture into an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 15 min. Let it cool.

Putting the roll together: Lay out the pork onto foil. Sprinkle with the corn, pickles and carrots. Press them lightly toward the meat. Then put on the chicken fillet and the cheese layer on top of it.

On top, arrange the Vienna sausages and wrap it into a tight roll using the foil. Transfer it to an oiled oven dish.

Pour in about 2 cups water and cover with foil. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 1 hour 30 min. or until ready. Finally, remove the foil and finish baking the roll.
