How to make
Cut the pork into 4 steaks and tenderize them until very thin, salt and add black pepper. Arrange them in a baking dish and pour on a marinade made from a mixture of the wine, brandy and honey. Leave it to stand for 4 hours with the dish covered.
Fry the chopped mushrooms and bacon in a little oil. Season to taste them with a little salt and pepper. Cut the pickles and cheese into strips. Take a steak and arrange pickles, cheese, boiled eggs and mushrooms with bacon down the middle.
Roll them up and fasten with a thick thread. Arrange the steaks in a lightly greased tray covered with aluminum foil. Put them to bake in a heated 390°F (200 °C) oven, for about 45 minutes, turning them over occasionally.
