How to make
Tenderize the steaks until they become thin and season them with salt.
Spread cling film on the table and at one end of it, arrange the steaks lengthwise, by overlapping them slightly.
On top of them arrange the ham, then the cucumber slices, then the processed cheese and finally the mushrooms, that you have fried in advance.
Then take one end and with the help of the cling film roll it tightly into a roll.
In a tray that has been greased, put the finished meat roll so that the end of it is facing downwards, so that the roll does not unfold.
Bake the savory roll at 360°F (180°C) until done.
After the pork steak roll is ready, cut it into pieces and serve it while it is warm.
