For this grilled pork steak marinade, in a bowl with a lid pour the wine.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to mix the ingredients.
Dip both sides of the pork steaks inside.
Close the bowl with its lid and leave it inside the fridge for a few hours, turning the steaks in the pork marinade every hour.
Remove and grill your steaks.
