How to make
Mix about 50-60 ml of olive oil along with 2 tbsp. of soy sauce in a bowl.
Add a pinch of each of the above spices and the ginger, which is pressed with a garlic press or very finely chopped.
Roll the pieces pork belly well in the spices and cover them with cling film for about 25-30 minutes.
Grill the meat on a high heated grill until they're done.
