How to make
Cut the pig head into 3-4 parts. Remove the eyes and brain. Chop the pig's bones coarsely and put everything in a large pot or cauldron.
Pour in water and boil on low heat about 3 hours, season with salt toward the end. Remove all of the meat from the bones and cut it.
Put 3-4 black pepper grains at the bottom of each jar and pour in meat but not all the way to the top - you need to have space left to add the broth after straining it through a gauze.
Pour in the broth (optionally add garlic cloves), close with caps and boil 30 min. Thus prepared, these jars allow you to make pork khash soup at a moment's notice.
