  • sauerkraut - 1 medium sized head
  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • oil - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 6 - 7 grains
  • bay leaf - 3 - 4

How to make

Chop the sauerkraut finely and put it in a suitable container. Add the meat, chopped into pieces. Pour in the oil and saute. Add the paprika. Once the sauerkraut softens, pour in 1 cup warm water.

Pour everything into a tray and bake until the sauerkraut and meat soften fully.

Season with black pepper and bay leaf.
