How to make
Chop the roasted peppers finely. Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl and add the peppers to it.
Sprinkle with garlic, add the mayonnaise and yoghurt. Divide up the parsley into 2 parts.
Chop 1 part finely and add it to the other products. Cut the pork fillet into thin, large slices. Stir the filling for the rolls.
Put a little filling on each fillet and wrap it into a roll. Stick a toothpick through each roll to keep it together.
Arrange all the rolls in a large platter or plate, put olives and parsley in between them. To make the arrangement even more beautiful, you can stuff a tomato as well. Cheers and enjoy!
