How to make
Cut the baguette lengthwise. Spread the halves with coarsely ground tomato chutney (ajvar).
Arrange lettuce, sliced cheese and smoked fillet on one half.
Cover with the other half and cut it into pieces.
Pierce the pieces with a toothpick and decorate the stuffed bread with half an olive or cherry tomato.
The stuffed baguette with smoked fillet is ready!
