How to make
Tenderize the meat slightly until thin, sprinkle it with salt and pepper. At one half of the fillet, arrange thinly sliced cheese, bacon, thinly sliced pickle and cheese again, on top of each other.
The empty part of the fillet is used to cover the other half. Hit the edges carefully to make it stick. Roll first in flour, then in the beaten eggs with a little water, flour again and eggs again.
Fry on low heat.
