  • cooking cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • processed cheese - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to make

Heat the butter and braise the mushrooms in it until softened. Season with salt and black pepper, pour in the white wine and boil for a few min. for some of the liquid to evaporate.
