  • ravioli - 1 packet, with meat filling
  • liquid cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • parmesan - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g), fresh, cut into strips
  • onions - 1 head, finely chopped
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • parsley - for decoration

How to make

Braise the onions in the olive oil. Add the mushrooms, broth that's been crumbled into smaller cubes and 2 tbsp water.

Boil the vegetables until softened. Add the cream, salt and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Boil the pasta according to package directions. Pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
