How to make

Make steaks from the pork. Lightly thin them out with a hammer and season them with the spices.

In a bowl, mix the mustard, mayonnaise, wine and water. Mix well and leave the steaks to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Pour a little oil into a pan and fry the steaks on both sides for a short time. Arrange them in a clay pot.

In the same fat stew the mushrooms, until they change their color. Pour the cream and after it boils, add the flour dissolved in the water.

Mix well and pour the steaks into the clay pot. Bake the dish at 390°F (200°C) for about 35 minutes, or until the meat becomes tender.

The marinated pork with mushroom and cream sauce is very tasty.
