  • cabbages - 1, large
  • leeks - 6 bunches or onions
  • peppers - 2, fleshy
  • carrots - 1 - 2
  • parsley - 1 bunch, or dill
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry - or just turmeric

How to make

Clean all of the vegetables.

Finely chop the cabbage and leeks, finely cut the peppers and carrots.

Soak the vegetables in water in a large pot for 10 min.
