Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 ml), nonfat
  • ginger - 1 tsp, grated
  • cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • melons - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

You can make the shake with milk or yoghurt.

Pour it into a blender and add the remaining products - the fresh ginger grated beforehand, a pinch of cinnamon and the chopped melon, which you can replace with peaches or wild berries.

Blend everything to homogeneity and serve in a glass with a straw.
