How to make
Clean all of the vegetables.
Finely chop the cabbage and leeks, finely cut the peppers and carrots.
Soak the vegetables in water in a large pot for 10 min.
Put the soup on high heat until it reaches boiling point, then lower the heat and finish boiling until softened.
Finally, season the soup with a little salt, black pepper and curry or turmeric if desired.
Eat from this soup every time you feel hunger.
