How to make
Put the dough in a deep bowl, melt the lard. Break an egg on top and start kneading, while adding a little of the lard at a time.
Don't worry about the batter being cake-like, the lard and egg need to get absorbed well.
Finally, add the crumbled feta cheese. Smear the tray with lard or oil and sprinkle with a little flour.
Pour the mixture in it and leave in a warm area to rise well. Before baking, smear with the 2nd egg.
Bake in a preheated oven to a golden color, then take it out and smear it with butter.
