How to make
Clean the beans and soak them for about 12 hours. Put them on the stove, change the water out twice and pour in new water.
Separately, braise the leeks in a little oil and add them to the beans. Add the carrot and paprika, sugar and all the dry spices. Cap the pot and boil the beans on low heat.
Make a roux by braising the flour, add paprika. To it, pour in a little water from the beans and stir. Add the roux to the beans, season with salt and tomato paste. Boil about 10 min.
Pour the beans in a tray or clay pot, add the chopped pieces of sausage and bake in the oven until ready.
