  • turkey leg - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 2
  • carrots - 2
  • tomatoes - 2
  • spearmint - 2 tsp.
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) + 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) for frying the meat
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

Wash the beans very well, put them in a deep bowl and cover them with cold water, the water should be above the beans.

Leave them to soak for 24 hours.
