How to make
Peel the potatoes and onions.
Cut all of the vegetables into 0.4″ (1 cm) thick circles, including the sausage.
Grab an oblong pan and start arranging them in it in an upright, vertical position - potato slices, zucchini, tomato, onion, sausage.
This is how you arrange them until you run out of products.
Pour about 1/2 cup of water.
Add the oil in a thin stream.
Sprinkle the vegetables with the spices - the finely chopped garlic, savory herb and as much black pepper and salt as you desire.
Put the baking pan in a preheated oven and bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 50 minutes.
Serve Oven-Baked Vegetables with Sausage with a light green salad.
