How to make
Peel the potatoes, cut them and cook them in salted water until almost done. Drain them and transfer to a greased baking dish, then salt them.
The sausages are cut into rings and fried with 2 tablespoons of oil briefly, along with the coatsely chopped leeks. Add the mixed together milk and cream, season the sauce with salt, pepper and oregano and add small cubes of cheese (about 5.5 oz (150 g)).
Transfer everything onto the potatoes, mix together in the pan, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and put in to bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the meal catches a nice tan.
