How to make
Cut the pork into bites. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, black pepper and chili. Add the pork. Leave for 2 hours in the fridge.
Then drain the meat and braise until golden. Add the mushrooms and as soon as they soften, add the onions, chopped into crescents.
Add the paprika and cayenne pepper, stir and remove from the stove. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
