  • tomato paste - 3 1/3 cups (800 ml)
  • oil - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • parsley - 2 bunches
  • garlic - 3 cloves, optional

How to make

Wash the peppers, roast and peel them. Grind them in a meat grinder and stir the mash with the tomato paste, sugar and salt.

Heat up the oil and pour it in slowly and gradually while stirring nonstop.
