How to make
Wash the peppers, remove their stems and seeds, bake and peel them. Then grind them in a meat grinder through a fine plate.
Heat the oil in a tray and put the mixture in it to fry until it takes in the oil, and also until it thickens a little.
Remove from the heat and put the crumbled feta cheese, mashed garlic, then season with black pepper and cumin. Stir everything well.
If needed, salt it to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Distribute it into jars, close with new caps and boil for 10 min. This pâté makes for a perfect garnish or sandwich filling.
