How to make
Cut the peppers lengthwise into 2 halves. Turn the oven up to 390°F (200 °C).
Arrange 1/2 the peppers in a slightly buttered tray after rolling them in flour 1 by 1. Crumble the feta, distribute it evenly over them and arrange the rest of the peppers that you've rolled in flour (to make it like a sandwich).
Beat the eggs, gradually pour in the milk to them + 1 pinch black pepper, beat until you get a smooth mixture.
Pour this mixture evenly over the burek, dice the rest of the butter on top and put the tray in a preheated oven to bake about 30 min. Once baked, take it out, wait 10 min. and cut it into the desired shapes.
This burek is equally tasty both hot and cold.
