How to make
Wash the zucchini well and chop them. Roll them in flour and dip them in a mixture of 1 egg + 1 tbsp water.
Roll them in the breadcrumbs and arrange in an oven dish with baking paper.
Sprinkle with oil and bake 20 min. at 370°F (190 °C).
To make the sauce, add the finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to the yoghurt.
