How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut them in half, then using a potato peeler or grater, cut them into very thin strips.
Put the resulting strips into a bowl with cold water and ice in the fridge for about 30 min.
Once you take them out, roll them in breadcrumbs and flour.
Fry to a golden color.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and leave them for at least an hour to take in all the flavors.
Serve the zucchini strips with the sauce.
