Ingredients

  • tortellini - 21 oz (600 g), with meat stuffing
  • liquid cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • parmesan - 5.5 oz (150 g), grated
  • onions - 1 head, finely chopped
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • nutmeg - to taste
  • white pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Saute the onions. Pour on the white wine and cream over them.

Add the finely chopped parsley but leave a few sprigs for decoration.

Boil the tortellini according to directions, drain them and pour the sauce over them. Decorate with the parsley.
