Ingredients

  • veal loins - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 3 heads
  • marinade
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • allspice - 2 - 3 grains
  • thyme - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • white pepper - 2 pinches
  • rosemary - 2 pinches
  • salt - to taste
  • lemon juice - of 1 lemon

How to make

Smear the meat well with the prepared marinade and put it in a closed container in the fridge. Leave it as is overnight.

Then transfer to an oven dish and arrange sliced onions around it.

Bake for about 30 min. in a strong oven, then baste the meat with the released sauce and cover the oven dish with foil.

Bake for about another 40 min. until fully ready.
