  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 1, boiled
  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • salt

How to make

Season the mince with spices of your choice. Form 6 balls from it.

Cut the egg into 6 parts and the cheese into 6 pieces. Put a piece of egg and cheese in each mince ball. Form them into nice rolls.

Arrange them in a buttered oven dish and bake.

Take out of the oven and move the rolls into a plate.

In the same oven dish, pour in the chopped potatoes. Sprinkle with the spices, pour in a little water and bake.

10 min. before taking them out of the oven, sprinkle with parsley and arrange the rolls on top of the potatoes.

Return to the oven to finish baking.
