Ingredients

  • eggs - 1, boiled
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • feta cheese - 1 oz (30 g)
  • yoghurt - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • curry - 2 pinches
  • parsley - 5 bunches
  • cherry tomatoes - for decoration

How to make

Boil the egg, peel it and grate it along with the feta cheese and cheese in a bowl.

Peel the garlic cloves and press them, add them to the bowl along with the spices, yoghurt and stir well with a fork.

Wash the parsley and chop it finely, add it to the other ingredients and stir again. You can add other ingredients of your choice.

Pour it into a shallow plate and serve the garlic antipasto with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
