How to make
The chicken legs are boiled in salted water. After boiling, the skin is removed and the meat is deboned. The meat is cut into very small pieces.
Mayonnaise, plain and hot mustard are added. The products are mixed and seasoned with black pepper. If necessary, add a little salt.
The baguette is cut into slices. Bake the slices in a toaster and spread butter on them. Spread the chicken mixture on the baked slices.
Finally, the antipasti are garnished with capers and fresh dill.
