How to make
Wash the insides and cut them into small pieces. To them add the finely chopped parsley, spearmint and paprika.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and stir. Fill the clod between the ribs and meat with this mixture. Sew it closed and sprinkle the meat with black pepper and salt.
Pour melted butter over it and bake in a high oven. Pour in more water if needed.
