How to make
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Put them in a pot, pour in enough water to cover them. Pour the Vegeta, hot all purpose spice and 2-3 tbsp oil in. Put the pot with potatoes to boil on the stove.
Put the boiled potatoes in a colander to drain. Cut the carrot into strips, lengthwise, using a potato peeler. Put the carrot strips in the water in which you boiled the potatoes, blanching them for a few seconds.
With a fork, mash the boiled potatoes a bit - not too much. To them, add the 2 eggs which you've stirred lightly with the dill and black pepper. Stir the mixture well and divide it into 2 parts.
Oil a piece of cling wrap, then lay out 1 part of the potato mixture over it. Next, arrange the ham, put a little more potato mixture on top, carrot strips, sprinkle the corn in a row and finally distribute the rest of the potato mixture.
Wrap it up into a roll, put it in a medium-sized rectangular oven dish with oiled baking paper in it. Smear the roll with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Sprinkle with paprika and put it in a preheated oven to bake on maximum heat on the grill function with the fan on. Bake about 15 min.
Once it reddens a bit, take the roll out of the oven, sprinkle it with coarsely grated cheese. You can decorate as desired over the cheese or just leave it as is.
In my case I put 2 bunches of canned, grilled asparagus over the unbaked cheese and a few capers. On top of the asparagus, I sprinkled a little more cheese. Return the roll to the oven for the cheese to crisp.
