  • potatoes - 2.9 lb (1.3 kg)
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • savory herb
  • oil - 1/2 cup

How to make

The boiled potatoes are peeled and mashed. Add one egg, salt and savory herb and mix, until smooth.

Boil the remaining eggs for about 12 minutes. Cool and peel them.

On cling film, spread the potato mixture in a thin and even layer. Grate the white cheese, arrange the whole eggs and wrap in a roll.

Carefully place it on a greased tray lined with baking paper. Bake the roll in a heated oven at 390°F (200°C).

Halfway through baking, sprinkle the roll with grated white cheese and yellow cheese.
