How to make
Boil the diced potatoes until they're cooked.
Mash them with a fork, add an egg, flour, salt, black pepper, chopped spring onions, crumbled white cheese, oil and savory herb.
With a wooden spoon, mix the well-prepared mashed potatoes.
Fry the chicken in a pan until it's fully cooked.
Once it cools, cut the chicken into strips, as well as yellow cheese and carrots.
Spread the potato mixture on the stretch foil, arrange the chicken, carrot and yellow cheese on top and wrap the delicious potato roll (the same principle of Stephanie roll).
In a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees), place the roll inside to bake for 25 minutes.
Then take it out, sprinkle it with grated yellow cheese and bake the potato roll with chicken and yellow cheese for another 10 minutes.
