  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • potatoes - 3, raw
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • savory - 1 tsp, crumbled
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Peel, wash and grate the potatoes.

Put them in a deep container, add the mince, beaten eggs, flour and spices.

Stir everything very well to a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the oil in a pan and once it heats up well, scoop from the mixture with a spoon and pour it in to fry on both sides.
