  • black pepper - ground

  • flour - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Cut the onion very finely. Add the mince, eggs, baking soda, flour, water and spices. Mix the products until you get a homogenous mixture.

Heat the oil, take large spoonfuls of the mixture and fry mini schnitzels until golden. Take them out onto paper towels to drain away the excess oil and serve with fresh green salad.
