How to make
Beat the eggs and add the cream and milk to them. Mix until homogeneous.
Add the flour, salt and black pepper to the mixture and beat with a wire whisk, so that there are no lumps.
Cut the slices of ham (any other similar meat can be used such as bacon, turkey fillet, etc.)
Spread an equal amount of the meat on the bottom of 10 buttered muffin molds.
Pour in the quiche mixture without filling all the way to the edge.
Sprinkle each quiche with grated gruyere cheese on top.
Bake the quiches in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden on top.
Serve them warm or at room temperature.
Very quick and delicious mini quiches, for every occasion.
