How to make
Mix the flour with the baking powder and a little oil and knead a dough. Melt the sugar in the warm water and add it to the flour. Add the cinnamon, raisins, walnuts and the rest of the oil.
Knead a smooth dough. Pour it into an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Bake for 1 hour at 360°F (180 °C) and then sprinkle with coconut flakes or powdered sugar.
