"Fried toast is a classic but you have to try it with yoghurt - then you`ll realize that you`ve been eating them wrong all your life."

Ingredients

  • bread - 1/2 loaf
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 4 tbsp
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • water - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • oil

How to make

Cut the bread loaf into slices and then each slice into 2 halves.

Beat the eggs with the yoghurt to which you've added 1 pinch baking soda. Add the water and keep stirring. Finally, pour in the flour as well.

Stir again until you get a thick mixture.

Dip each bread slice in it and then fry in heated oil.
