How to make
Smear a bread slice generously with butter/margarine.
Put cheese, bacon, then cheese again on it. Smear another bread slice with butter/margarine and place it atop the toppings, to make a sandwich.
Beat the eggs. Add a little salt and the flour. Mix.
Roll the sandwich thoroughly and carefully in the breading and fry in oil and butter.
