How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Wash and drain them very well.
Separately, mix the oil, yoghurt, paprika, black pepper, salt, thyme and all purpose spice in a deep bowl.
Next, add the potatoes to this sauce, stir well and pour it all into an oven dish.
Pour in 1 cup water but not directly over the potatoes and bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven.
