How to make
Clean the beans, wash them, pour water over them and leave in the fridge overnight. The next day, before you start cooking, pour out the water and pour in clean water.
Put them on the stove and boil 10-15 min., pour out the water again. Pour in clean water and leave it to boil.
While they're boiling, add chopped onions, cleaned and chopped green peppers and peeled and chopped carrots.
Pour in 1 cup oil and continue cooking until the ingredients are fully boiled.
Several minutes before removing from the stove, sprinkle on paprika and salt to taste.
Add sliced black pudding and tomato paste, spearmint. Boil for a few more min.
You can thicken the bean dish with flour, dissolved in a little water.
