How to make
Cut the black pudding and carrots into round slices, the onions and peppers into strips, the potatoes - into large cubes.
Put everything in a clay pot, buttered ahead of time. Add the tomatoes as well, the chopped spices, pour in 2 cups of water and stir.
Do not add any other spices because there are plenty in the black pudding. Sprinkle on the oil and cover with the lid.
Put the clay pot in a cold oven. Bake for about an hour and a half at 390°F (200 °C).
