  • pears - 2
  • butter - 4 tsp
  • honey - 4 tbsp
  • cream mixture
  • mascarpone - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Wash and dry the pears. Cut them in 2 and dig out the hard part.

Put 1 tsp butter and 1 tbsp honey in each pear half. Bake them in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until softened. Take them out and wait for them to cool.

Beat the liquid cream and add it to the mascarpone.

Stir carefully and put some cream mixture in each pear half.

Pour honey on top and decorate with nuts if desired.
