"Juicy on the inside, with a crispy crust on the outside. Don`t even get me started on the aroma - it`s just divine."

Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 23 oz (650 g)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • onions - 1 head
  • soy sauce - 5 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp, or ketchup
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • curry - 1 tsp, powdered
  • thyme - dry
  • salt
measures

How to make

Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into slices. Next, place them in the bowl you're going to be making the marinade. To the garlic, add 1 onion head chopped into crescents.

Subsequently, add the soy sauce, tomato paste, mustard, ground black pepper and paprika, curry and thyme. Mix all the ingredients well.

Wash the pork ribs and dry them. Then cut them into portions and salt. Pour the marinade over them and stir to distribute it evenly among them. Cover the container with a lid and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours for the meat to take in the flavors well.

Then place the seasoned ribs in a baking bag. Make several holes in the bag with a skewer.

Bake them in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven at first. Shortly before you're done baking, cut the bag open or remove it and increase the heat to 360°F (180 °C). Bake until they gain a nice crisp.
