Ingredients

  • almonds - 1/2 cup (120 g), ground
  • protein shake - 2 tbsp (30 g), strawberry, vanilla or other
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 1/5 cup (55 g), at room temperature
  • powdered sugar - 2 1/3 tbsp (35 g)

How to make

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and knead a dough (you're going to get a crumbly dough that's easy to form balls from).

Form small balls from it and press with lightly moistened hands to flatten them just a bit.

Put the balls in an oven dish, covered with baking paper, and bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven for about 8-10 min., being careful not burn them (they burn easily) because they become bitter.

Serve with a glass of milk or almond milk.
