How to make
Boil the potatoes. After they cool, peel them and grate them into a bowl. Cut the pickles and ham finely.
Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt and season them with black pepper and salt.
Lay out stretch wrap along the bottom of a bowl. Put a small portion of the grated potatoes in it. Salt them, put 2-3 tbsp of the yoghurt sauce on top. Don't press, just distribute it as evenly as you can.
Put ham and grated cheese on top, then a little sauce again and another layer of potatoes. Pour sauce again, grated feta cheese, pickles, sauce and potatoes. Continue in this order until out of ingredients.
It's best to finish off with potatoes.
Put the bowl in the fridge for about 2 hours, then invert it onto a cake form and remove the foil.
You can put the eggs as decoration or between the potatoes - with the ham. Decorate with olives and slices of carrot.
